Wow! I stayed here in 1990 and it already had a reputation in the Lonely Planet books as the best guest house in town. I remember the place fondly, such a nice family working there and I met many travelers from around the world. Coming back to the guest house one evening I spotted a white buffalo walking the streets by himself. Magical! I hope to come back here again.

Calm, quiet and friendly staff. Prices can be negotiated depending on the season, etc. I found it the best option in the area for price and peace. The rooms are big and most have there own bathroom inside the room, the cheaper rooms the bathroom is shared. This place also has a lot of comfortable seating for taking a rest, reading or tea. The staff gave me a nice tea after I asked it was really nice !

Clean and affordable. No guests allowed to your room. Nice common spaces, but not much garden and absolutely no views. All in all good one in the budget range. 85k for cheapest room when I'm writing this.

Clean rooms with an attached shower for reasonable price, friendly and calm owner. Small tranquil oasis amongst hustle-bustle of city centre. What do require more?

I stayed the westerners home stay in 2000. It was great stay that I still remembered the staffs are friendly and room was tidy up. I d like to visit you again!
