I was there several days. The WiFi in the room almost never worked. Sometimes there was barely enough water pressure to take a shower. I liked the staff and many things about the hotel. But they kept a big chunk of my deposit (equal to almost 50% of the room cost) because they said I checked in at 1pm instead of 2. I told them I would have happily waited if I knew there would be a penalty for that.... but they said it was too late and they just kept my money. They said the WiFi would work too but they didn't seem to worry about that when it didn't. I understand things go wrong and that's not usually a big thing. The deposit thing was wrong in my opinion though.

Good place for budget traveller, location is not very far from city center. There are foodstall within walking distance but not much.

Room is clean, spacious, comfort. AC and bathroom is perfect. Water quality is very nice.

Too bad the greenery and garden full with artificial flower, not fresh real plant despite the name 'garden suites'

Very easy to find and located in the city center. The room was big and clean, has a small balcony and also has small living room. Friendly receptionist, easily contacted (checked-in very late at around 11.30 pm due too late train arrival). Booked from RedDoorz and got a special price. Totally satisfied with the service and will definitely book this hotel again for my next stay.

This hotel was comfortable, I bought the most expensive room, and it was quite enjoyable. There are two air conditioners in this room. A huge room with huge toilet. We have a mini bar also. The bed is a king size. This hotel has a lift so you dont use more energy to go to this third floor room. There was a restaurant in ground floor, the food is okay, overall this hotel was recommended. Location was in the centre of the city. If i went to this town next time, i will book this hotel again. Thankyou.

The hotel is clean, though the rooms could use some deep cleaning. But that's just if you're nitpicking. Generally speaking, it's good. I love the location. The service is great. Value for money is excellent. Breakfast is nothing to brag about, but it still filled my tummy.

- Free Parking area for 6-8cars.
- They allowed me for early Checkin, thanks. ????????
- Having cafe and cloth store. ????????
- The Room is really very specious with good facilities. ????
- The Bathroom is big .
- The aircon not so chill . Maybe because they use less ton AC for big room.
~ Wifi ? Not working ????????
Even after asking about wifi from receptionist many times ? They always said same- technician is working on it and it will get fix soon. But never worked during my 1 night stay . ????
~ Drainage of Bathroom smells so bad which makes room smell also if bathroom door is open even little.????????
