the room is quite okay, room cleanliness can be improved. hotel facilities is perfect. location is also perfect, you can walk to solo paragon mall without taking extra effort. overall, it's worth it considering the price

Next to a mall is what makes the stay enjoyable! Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms generally are acceptable, but need work for the toilets as fixtures are falling apart.

Very good value for price. Best for commuter or business, not stay vacation. Not new hotel but well maintained, clean. Parquet floor inside room, split AC, all day instant hot water. A bit small TV.
Good gym, although a bit small pool for workout.
Next to mall with direct access, so you have vast culinary option too.
I didn't try restaurant except breakfast.

Forget how it feels in here but my uncle has listed as special member in here ???????????? and last time I came here about 3 or 4 years ago is such a nice experience, they have mall beside the main hotel and it has many attraction so you aren't going to bored there.

The room is ok, it can be more confortable if the shower cleaned . I have told to Housekeeping but they don't do moreover 1105.
Unfortunately when I stayed there , there are a big group who is noisy late at night, and the situation of breakfast is a bit chaotic. Maybe better to seperate the space so normal guest also comfortable and have some seat for breakfast .
Pool is nice .

It used to be my hotel-of-choice when staying in Solo, unfortunately after the CoVid-19 pandemics, this hotel is not fulfilling my expectancies as before. Recent visit made me find this hotel not as attractive as before. First of all, compliance of the room is not as it used to be. I found the water kettle requires checking, some of the left over drinks from the previous visitor were left in the refrigator, the safe-deposit box is not working and the sugar-tea-coffee sachets looks old u0026 molded. Second, most facilities are not in place as before. The café is closed, no small shops are operating as before. Eventhough this is compensated by a direct access from the hotel to the Paragon Mall nearby, it is like a taint to the 4-star standard of the hotel. Finally, I find the breakfast buffet at most minimalized, it used to be more lavish in the past.

The hotel is located in the city and connected to a mall. Breakfast options are plenty, from traditional to international cuisine.
The downside is that the building and furniture are old.
