The location is strategically located near the Solo Balapan station. The rooms are cramped and there is some trash on the floor. I ordered a traditional solo foods, tongseng and sate buntel. I like tongseng so much. The satay has too much sweet soy souce so it's too sweet.

This place is not too far from the Solo Balapan station, so i often visit this place when going home.
The restaurant always full.
Actually the service not too long for waiting.
I give 3 stars coz i ate last time, the taste isnt not same.
I dunno maybe just my tongue.
But the sate buntel is the best.

It's so delicious satay, buntel, and so on. I recommend you to visit this place if u wanna eat some food of goat meat, the buntel satay is so soft, creamy, juicy and excellent ????

The place is easy to find, other than follow gmaps, this place is across the main train station of Surakarta, Solo Balapan. Located on the main road, so you can park your vehicle on the side of the road.
The place is really famous and make it quite crowded almost all the time, especially at lunch time.

The restaurant is pretty small, so when its packed you'll hard to find empty seat.

The menu mostly consist of food based on goat's meat. Like satay, 'tongseng', 'gulai', and etc. The most famous one here is 'satay buntal', grounded meat that seasoned with spices before shaped long on the stay's stick.

Taste good, the portion also large, and price understandable for meat based food.

Don't let the poorly lit and shabby look of this eatery fool you. The satay is damn good. Especially the minced meat loaf stick version. Not cheap by Indonesian standards but there's a reason why. Because it's really good. It was just a random choice for me but turned out to be an excellent choice.

This satay had strategic place near solo balapan train station. They served so many foods based on lamb such as satay kambing, satay buntel, tengkleng, tongseng and etc. I would like to describe what I ordered last week which were satay buntel and tengkleng. For the satay its too sweet for me but the taste was good enough tho. And the tengkleng was not well-seasoned but its meat was very tender. The last but not least, you guys should not worry about the price, because its not expensive, 18k only for 1 portion of satay buntel. Woww, me like it

I highly recommend if you are looking for "goat satay" with good taste and a decent portion can be filling. For a price of 30 thousand rupiah you can get 10 very delicious "goat satay" sticks complete with rice. The location is not far from the "Balapan Solo" train station, suitable for those of you who have just traveled by train.
