I have left my working clothing when i checked out from the hospital on JULY 20 - 2022. The nurse has contacted me and saying that i can pick my clothes at nurse station 8th floor when my appointment wity the doctor next following week.. today i have gone to the 8th floor to pick up my clothes, BUT the nurses said i have to go down to 3rd floor at security office.. omg, anyway I followed what the nurse said, as soon as I reached 3rd floor security office, the security said, the clothes is NOT HERE!! Back and forth the security looking for the goods and finally they are not able to find the goods and asked me to go back tomorrow. Seeing this, and felt so angry as their bad coordination and communication so i have to go here and there, I reported to the JIH service center. After telling all the story, and tons of sorry for the inconvenience, they are trying to help by saying they have found my clothes and can be picked up at the 7th floor… since i hv to go pick up my medicine there so i told service center i’m going there now, and service center told me to go to 3rd floor security office AGAIN as they have coordinated internally.. then nw at 20.40PM FOR THE SECOND TIME I WENT TO SECURITY OFFICE, STILL I CANT GET MY CLOTHES, they said the person who kept the key will come at 23.00 .. what is this???? So called international hospital with poor communication and bad coordination
