Tolong di tingkatkan lagi dari luar bangunan bagus mewah, pelayannya oke anak muda semua, tapi saya kecewa dapet kamar no 22 di kunci dari dalam bisa kok dari luar tidak bisa takutnya kalo saya keluar kamar dan ada yg iseng aja tiba2 tidak terkunci terus masuk.
(1) Tolong untuk kebersihan di tingkatkan lagi masa udah cek in udh di tempatin kamarnya tiba2 di laci meja samping tempat tidur ada batangan rokok yg tersisa/tertinggal belom bersih. Dan parah lagi ini perlengkapan mandi contohnya handuk tidak ada tolong dong sebelum orang cek in di cek dulu kamarnya sudah sesuai SOP atau belom.
Jujur saya tempatnya kurang nyaman kebetulan saya menginap malam minggu 11april 2020 tiba2 skitar jam 1 malam kok di luar berisik banget ada orang keluar masuk jdi tidak bisa tidur. (Saran saja ????Soalnya ventilasi atas terbuka jadi suara masuk ke kamar atau gmna saya kurang paham.)
