The exclusive one is around 1,5jt/month (August 2018). There are some room with cheaper price but I don’t know how much.
Some room are quite big, some a little bit smaller. The facility is ok, the AC great, they use Indihome 10 Mbps for the internet connection and it can reach even if you go to the bathroom. There’s no office desk and chair, instead they only gave me the small cabinet and the sofa. Lucky for me the owner is nice, he even provide the office desk for me without additional charging.
The water heater is enough, compared to the previous place I had, this one is much better.
There’s kitchen in both 1st and 2nd floor, you can cook without additional charging to buy some gas. Oh, there’s also refrigerator.
In boarding house industry, there’s a famous term to mark some of the exclusive boarding house as LV or Las Vegas. This boarding house is not like that. You need document prooved as a married couple if you want to rent together with your woman/man partner.
It’s hard to find food during the night!
