Entah kenapa kalo ke natasha yg cabang sini selalu kecewa dg pelayanannya, kayak ga profesional gitu. entah itu dari Customer service ataupun dokternya. kmrn terakhir aku kesini udah lama2 antri e malah orang lain yg di duluin sama mbaknya, dan dia ga pake nomer antrian. terus buat apa dong kita yg udah ambil antrian dan capek2 antri malah diserobot gtu, padahal aku cuman mau beli krim, kzl, buang2 waktu.
dulu juga ketemu dokter laki2 (lupa namanya), ngomong sama customer kek ngomong sama anak kecil, galak bgt diimarah2in pas konsultasi, pdhl yg dimarah2in itu ibukku, yg notabene lebih tua dr dia. Dokter ceweknya juga sama aja, jutek terus sok menggurui bgt cara ngomongnya. aaah kecewa bgt lah pokoknya disini. kalo bisa ga mau deh ke cabang ini lagi, tp gimana disini yg lebih deket dr rumah T.T
