For a budget accommodation this is a pretty decent place to stay, it's cheap, it's reasonably clean, strategic place near Tirtonadi Bus Station and Solobalapan Train Station (can be accessed by the skybridge from bus station) however the parking space is very limited by limited i mean it can only fits 3 cars

It's a decent place for short stay / transit

Fairly clean, air con is fairly cool, hot water is ok. Very near to intercity/province Tirtonadi bus station.
