Hotel location is good and room is quite spasious, but the service is poor mostly for the resto. This is the first hotel I know that we should order something for borrowing the cutlery set!!

Second, the shower didn't work properly. I have called the service team, they are responsive, but it still didn't work till I should move to the other room.

The worst thing was I found a short curly hair in the bed, gross!!

Very nice! their staffs are so friendly, I'm not gonna review about the hotel room because I'm just going here for swimming! it's cost IDR 100K/visit for one person or IDR 300 as member for one month (it also includes fitness area for the member), They have a nice looking infinity pool on the 3rd floor that directly shows a view of Purwosari section Slamet Riyadi road in front of the hotel, the pool is clean but I guess it might be need somr maintenance on their pool Toilets and Shower room because the door key isn't work and the clothes hanger was not in the place (on men toilet and shower) that makes me hard to hung up my clothes bag there, oh the ticket worth for pool enterance and rent for one medium sized blanket. oh, they also offer pool express food for IDR 35K/meal that include a glass of iced tea, that's all for now.

Pros:
- awesome location
- spacious room with interconnecting doors. Very suitable for families.
- pillows u0026 bolsters available.
- excellent interior design. Abundant countertops where u can put ur things on. No closed cupboards u0026 drawers to minimize leftover belongings.
- excellent bathroom design, too. Floor dries up quickly. A hanging rod to dry swimsuits.
- a small daybed functioned as a sofa or additional space for ur belongings.
- great service. In the morning before I went out, I told the hotel that the shower was weak. When I returned in the afternoon, it was fixed ????????

Minus:
- the Housekeeping needs to be more attentive in details (some amenities u0026 furniture were not provided in our rooms) and in the cleanliness of the bedsheet u0026 blankets.
- the water in the swimming pool was not crystal clear. Maybe it was affected by the rainy season. Therefore, the hotel should check the filter more often.
- the nearest toilet from the pool is downstairs. It was very inconvenient.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel nor order anything from the Room Service, so we can't give any comments about it.

Overall, my family u0026 I really enjoyed our stay ????

This place suits to anyone who travel with family in Solo.
Pros:
They have many breakfast menu
Swimming pool, gym and kid indoor playground
Spacious car park

Cons:
No bath mat in bathroom
Location near busy overpass purwosari

room was more rough-around-the-edges than i last visited in 2019 (dirty walls, stained chair, dirty pillows). power blackout happened a few times. but aside from that, everything was good

Decided not to stay after 1 night as very disappointed with the room. The hotel staff were very helpful to cancel the rest of the booking.

The food was very good! All the food was delicious and tasty, the health protocol is applied as well in the restaurant. But, i must say that the hotel service is quite terrible. My company have to request a few times for an electric socket while using the meeting room. The hotel requested to tighten our meeting schedule when i was sending our schedule to hotel before the event, but turns out the hotel didn't even read our schedule before. The hygiene in the room was quite terrible as well, the blankets have a lot of stains, and the toilet isn't cleaned properly. Hopefully this will improve the service and the hotel quality as well and didn't happen in the future.
