Location is really strategic, easy access to some public attractions including shopping malls, stadium, cafes. And there are 2 bus stops near the hotel.
Sadly, i think the service need improvement. They provide electric kettle but not the complimentary coffee or tea. There is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and room service took ages. I asked them to borrow iron but need to wait like few minutes and 2 another phone calls only for a no answer. I also asked for plastic laundry bags from a phone call, they only answered "I'll ask first", but never call me back. I finally get the plastic from the room housekeeping that stopped by to clean my room.
For future guest, If you book room without breakfast, I suggest you to bring some food to your room because it's quite hard to find breakfast near the hotel (that you can reachy by walking). If you're a coffee drinker, I suggest you to buy breakfast package instead. Because a glass of black coffee costs IDR 30K. Considered expensive since the full breakfast is IDR 50K.
I hope there will be some improvements for better quality.
