The service totally slow and bad.
It’s hard to see the doctor. I want to see the doctor to ask about the patient condition, but the doctor came the day after that (previously the nurse said that the doctor will come on the afternoon, but no one came on that day). Then i want to see the doctor before operation or if it’s not possible, after operation. But the doctor never came, but the nurse said the doctor had already contact us (with who? Ghost? Because no one from my family get contact with the doctor). The doctor that operates the patient didn’t come to observe or check the patient after operation finished, and she only contact the nurse station that the patient can go home. And how do i know if it went well or if there will be any side effects?
After that, the payment was going so slooooow, especially if you’re using insurance. It took more than 4 hours!! The doctor said that the patient can go home at noon, and other specialist doctor (not the one who operates the patients) came visit and said the patient can go home at 3 pm. But the documents go from nurse station to hospital admin (insurance) at 5 pm. And they sent to insurance company at 7 pm. The insurance company said the hospital has not send the completed documents and need to send the remaining files (because the documents that should be sent from previous days, has not been sent partially to the insurance company). And then, at 9 pm, the hospital admin still not sent the files yet, and said the insurance company was so slow response and WE NEED TO STAY UNTIL TOMORROW. Like wth? We keep received the updates from the insurance company, and you wanna lie to us? We already waiting a whole day and paid for our hotel that day!! And they said that if we wanna go out today we need to pay via cash as guaranteed??
What kind of service is that? Shame!
