Pretty batik in all over the place. Really want to have one but the size was not corresponds to my body. Too bad

Not the quality I was looking for.

I consider myself batik enthusiast. At the very least, I know that for a cloth to be called 'batik', it must use malam/wax in its process. Batik is more than just a motive, it is a process. And using malam is the unique process that creates "real" batik.

This store provide mostly printed batik' u003d fabric processed using machine that prints 'batik' motive on the cloth. It is not batik. The little collection they have on real batik - those drawn either by hand or using manual stamp with wax - were very limited.

So for me, it was a disappointment. Definitely crossed this out of my next visit list. And I would not reccommend people to buy 'faux batik'. Sorry about that.

I like the hospitality and the atmosphere of the shop. They provide ranges of good quality of batik with various prices.

A good shop to buy traditional batik with high quality. A lot of choices of batiks all staffs performed nice hospitality.
