I had terrible experience there. I went there to swim but I forgot to bring my towel. I asked the staff if I can borrow/rent some towel. I know towel wasn't a complimentary item as the pool fee was only 25k, but I was willing to pay for it, i really wouldn't mind if they charged me some money.
To my surprise they wouldn't lend me a towel "we don't have any towel"
I said "How is it possible for a hotel to not have a towel?"

And proceeded to say "we only provide towels to our guest".

Wow, the hotel was pretty empty i was sure they have plenty of towel.

Bad service. Very stingy.

Bathrooms were in terrible condition. It said " Under construction" But trust me i went there 2 years ago and it's still "under construction" until today. I doubt they'll ever fix them.
Pool was okay. Not the cleanest but not dirty either.

very bad service (slow response and unfriendly staff), super dirty room (even I found cotton buds near my bed, stains on the wall from lipstick, and a lot of hair on my blanket right after I entered the room), the food is not good too.

Customer service is pretty good. They are nice and kind. They will help you, if you have a trouble. For the room itself, it was very clean and nice. Good Air Conditioner, but the bathroom Need some reparation. The hot water from the wastafel is not coming out or maybe leaking out. The bathtub need some cleaning too. For the breakfast, I think it was pretty good. 1 or 2 more menu would be nice though.
Overall it was a nice experience on this hotel.

The hotel seems old, but the interiors u0026 furnitures are still in good condition. I came here because of its affordable price u0026 bathtub. The breakfast is good as well. There are many choices: beverages, fruit, bread, porridge, u0026 heavy meal. All in all, this hotel is worth.

Very old hotel,
All the wallpaper scratched and the wall is dirty too, the bathroom HORRIBLE!!
Its not even worth it as 1-2 stars hotel, only enjoyed the swimming pool and breakfast, it could be better

Asia Hotel? Oooh no... This is Indonesia, we used to said Hotel Asia.
A truly a legend hotel. My mother, father and my brother was here while i was graduated from Sebelas Maret University. They enjoyed everything in this Hotel. No complained... And they always Admired this place. Well, when i was graduated i have no money to stay in any hotel. I lived at Asrama Mahasiswa UNS.
And then, just for now i went to this city again and again. I never forget what my parents said: 'always give an honour to Elder and Place where you belong'.
And i proof it now. This hotel are awesome, very large room, honest employee, good food, fast services and more than that, this hotel always make a continuous improvement in any area. I hope you can enjoy this city, The City of The Kings, Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia.
And don't forget about what i said to this hotel, Hotel Asia, Surakarta (Solo). A true story about the River of Bengawan Solo, The Song tittle is Bengawan Solo by Mr. Gesang. We always remember this song. You can search it at any file of music and video music.
All food are healthy and fresh. All you can do is control your mouth and body.
A very High Class Culture of Java. Listen, see and read all human, nature, statue, books and love here.

Affordable, nice pool, delicious breakfast. Not a modern hotel, but ok, but need improvement on the cleanliness.
