The food is nice as usual. But the service is so slowww. We waited almost 10 minutes until the staff gave us a barcode (to see the menu and to order from the website).
But after I submitted my order, I waited again for 15 minutes but nothing came out. I found that my order was not processed. Maybe there’s an error in the website. So I ordered again manually at the cashier.
The drink and ramen came out pretty fast but the gyoza was long.

And, before I even ordered, the staff put a receipt in my table (it was mistaken, it should be for the table beside us). It was not a good experience.

It is one of my favorite ramen place in town. They never dissapoint. I love all of their ramen but what makes it even better is actually the chilli oil and their fried dumping. Their menus have porks so it is not halal for some people. Although they do have chicken and non-porks menu. You can also buy the chilli oil to take home, it is around 35 idr per jar.

Never disappointed with their soft taste ramen brooth,
But...
Their service in Tunjungan Plaza super disappointing... their waiter / waitresses either busy doing their stuff or talking to each others, u need to scream to call them to get their responses.
Gonna update to 5* when they improves their services, taste great but service need improvement, been here for 3/5 times always disappointed by services, either slow responses, long waiting times, hard to call the waiter/waitress :/

Best ramen I've ever meet. Non halal, and bery delicious ramen. Pork stocks or broth super tasty, chewy noodles, side dishes, main course and appetizers are super complete

❌Awful service. We ordered gyoza but it didn't come when we got our ramen. So we asked for it again, and again, and again. Finally we got fed up after 30 mins of waiting. So we just cancelled the gyoza. How long does it take to cook gyoza????
✔️Other than that, ramen is actually quite tasty. Chashu is yummy and the broth is thick. Price is quite reasonable. Just DON'T ORDER THE GYOZA! ????

Hailing all the way from kyushu prefecture in Japan, they brought some of the very best ramen into surabaya! Japanese cuisine really never disappoints.. ramen served here is really delicious especially with their signaturw broth.. even their 'grilled' cha shu, i forget what they are called in their menu, is very mouth watering.. very very addictive! Sometimes the outlet smells weird though..

I always love eating here. The soup of the noodle is irreplaceable. The pork belly ramen is my favorite. The meat is tender, juicy, and has a unique taste. The staffs are also friendly. They let you know whether the food you choose is pork or not.
