The food is nice as usual. But the service is so slowww. We waited almost 10 minutes until the staff gave us a barcode (to see the menu and to order from the website).
But after I submitted my order, I waited again for 15 minutes but nothing came out. I found that my order was not processed. Maybe there’s an error in the website. So I ordered again manually at the cashier.
The drink and ramen came out pretty fast but the gyoza was long.
And, before I even ordered, the staff put a receipt in my table (it was mistaken, it should be for the table beside us). It was not a good experience.
