Bad service. Body wash not refill. Towel service provided only for 1 person. Aircond not function well. Hot water also not function. Breakfast service so bad u0026 so late. We come for breakfast at 7am but we just served at 805 am and the food served was cold. So bad! Please improve your service! Definitely will not come again.

1. Kamar luas, sangat bersih dan nyaman
2. Kamar mandi bersih dan cukup luas
3. Air hangat lancar, Wifi kurang kencang, AC berfungsi baik
4. Lokasi sangat strategis di pusat kota Surabaya
5. Pelayanan sangat ramah dan baik
Overall, budget hotel yg sangat recommended.

Very recommended low budget hotel. The room is quite big, clean, comfortable and all facility is good. The staff is really friendly too, and the location is very near to anywhere in city. So yeah, its very recommended for short trip or backpacking. And plus, the city view is quite nice, as every rooms has each balcony.

It's one of Hotel in the Middle Town of Surabaya, also strategic because near the Tunjungan Mall and Traditional Market to buy manythings of snack also cookies cake and fruits more cheap and not so far from Balaikota Surabaya????????????????

Strategic and cheap hotel in the city center. The building is old style and so is the room. Sadly, during my stay the hot water shower was not working. The window was dusty and the chiller was not cold

Good breakfast, good rooms rate (IDR 400.000), but a little bit old bathtub. But I knew I am not at Bvlgary.

Strategic location..easy to reach just around 109k idr from airport. Old hotel but nice
