I was referred by my sister to stay in this new hotel. It is beautiful and super busy hotel. The food, breakfast was fantastic, But we hate each time going there are always NO seat available for breakfast. My son and I hate to wait for a long time, as we have to go to the airport soon, then I spoke to the Guest greeter lady that It doesnot matter anymore we can eat while standing. Then they start reopening the inside private dining for breakfast. The room is spacious and clean.
Service overall from front desk and house keeping were good and friendly.
Breakfast food has variety options, warm and tasty, refilled quickly at all times.

The only downside is the wait and lack of space for breakfast. Elevator can take FOREVER TO GO from 1 floor to the other floors. We are not sure if happens all the time or it is because just the school holiday season in Indonesia.
Overall, it is a good stay.

Excellent service by Vasa Hotel, I stay here from 24 - 27 August from Jakarta.

A really nice surprise when I stay there when suddenly the front desk notice that I was travelling alone for business and suddenly upgrade my room!
Special thanks for the nice lady that handle my reservations!

Overall the experience staying at Vasa was top notch.

Great room, services, facilities and had amazing lunch in there, Great variety of japanese cuisine, delicious seafood, and wonderful decorations and ambience in the restaurant.

Thank you so much Vasa Hotel staff and management for making my 3 day stay an amazing experience.

Just visited the ballroom because my company I worked on made an gathering event for all the staff. The ballroom is big enough and this hotel has three big ballrooms. The food tastes good enough. The lift has a classic style, the toilet is clean too. Great experience. I love it

I have stayed for few Meetings in this Hotel.

Stepping through the Lobby,
i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area.

Light, airy and very spacious..
very welcoming atmosphere.

The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful.

They always greet and smile to us.
The breakfasts were amazing.

The location of the hotel is very strategic.
The room was very spacious and well equipped with all the essentials and fantastic view.

The most amazing thing is that after checking out,
The Concierge was WhatsApp-ing me and asking for inputs
u0026 her readiness to help me in my next trip to the hotel in the future.
What a Great Hospitality !!

I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the Business People, Family, or even
Tourists u0026 Travellers who want to go to Surabaya.

I will be back to stay on this hotel absolutely.

Currently one of the best 5 Stars Hotel in Surabaya!
But having said that, perhaps there may still be room for some improvements, such as:
1. Additional lighting in the room, so there will be options for people who like their rooms a bit brighter.
2. Pool size, but mostly depth, in which 1,5 metres deep might be more suitable for taller people to enjoy.
3. Had a recent experience in which the metal towel hanger in my room fell off its hinges as I took the towels atop it.
Took Hotel Engineering around 20 mins to get it fixed.
Aside from those things, everything is truly 1st class.

What shall I say. As "Guest of the day" I got a free of charge upgrade. But as well without upgrade the rooms are very good in size and clean. The bed is always very comfortable. I like to stay in this hotel. I stayed there now several times and for sure will come back again.

First time having gala lunch there with 50 colleagues in 209 Dining. The foods tasted OK even the options are not that many. But, one thing that I disliked was the service. The guy in the coffee maker place (ala carte) was not servicing nicely. He answered my questions rudely with a high tone. Please, do have manner and some respect to other. I bought here using my own money, not yours. And one thing for sure, I paid here..not for free. Please the manager, train him well.
