I started it off six months ago with zero knowledge of Crossfit. Most of the terms and ABBREVIATIONS that are often used were foreign and confusing to me. Luckily, the coaches are very patient with beginners. Being experienced and qualified coaches that they are, they explain and model good techniques before every workout session really well. During workout session, they oversee your training and give you feedback to ensure that you maintain a good form first and foremost to prevent any injuries. And once you get the hang of it, they challenge you to do better and aim higher.
Another thing that I like about the gym is that its functional training program is intentionally and thoughtfully planned. I can tell that the coaches really take the programming seriously to help the members build their strength, endurance, agility, speed and overall fitness.
Last but not least, with a supporting community that they have, any newbie will feel welcomed. I like that everyone seems passionate about living a healthy and balanced lifestyle. However, being fit and healthy is not an overnight work. So far, I've enjoyed the journey to get there with this awesome crowd.
