Although it was a decent hotel, you should only stay there for a short while. Although the meal is quite affordable and good, the rooms are lacking in refrigerator, coffee maker, and safe.

Been staying here since the grand opening. I mostly stay in purpose of business trip. The hotel room condition still good but i think the hot shower water is not working properly now.
The best part is, now they put a Jug in each room and one hotu0026cold water dispenser in every corridor. Keepin up the good Quality!

The hotel was very nice suitable with the price the food was ok the staff very helpfull it was easy for me to go anywhere with using gojek totally i am enjoy and happy to stay in this bloody nice hotel even only one day and absolute recommended for all of you to stay while in Surabaya, i was in room 801 ( check in 04 April 2022 - check out 05 April 2022 ), Wish i coming back again, Thank you for Hospitality guys ????????????????????????????????????

A hotel in the middle of the city at an affordable price for its highest class. Quite comfortable for a place to rest while on a business trip. Good service and fast response. It's just that the rooms are not noise-proof enough.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The check in was very smooth. Parking space available, even without reservation. The room was clean and comfortable, also the internet connection was very fast. Location of the hotel is great, close to many malls in the middle of Surabaya City and in walking distance to Gubeng Train Station.

Disappointed that I didn't take as much photos of this hotel but I would say the place was quite nice and it's close to the city center.

There's Alfamart and Indomart nearby. 3 minutes walking. If you are also looking for food, they have lots of it around the hotel. The room was quite spacious. But downside is the water heater isn't that hot if you're looking for one. The amenities aren't as a regular 3 star hotel but I guess okay. I paid 200k a night which was quite affordable for me. You need to pay for 200k deposit at front upon check in

Excellent location and access. Very pleasant stay at this hotel. Despite limited size, the room is neat and clean. The check in and check out processes were smooth, quick, and effective. Hotel staff were polite and knew well how to handle guests. All facilities worked as they should be. Nothing to complain, except the wash basin was a bit clogged.
As I booked my stay at a bargain price, it maximized the value for my money.
