clean and spacious deluxe room. I stay with my family, 2 adults and 3 kids. Located near Royal Plaza and other public spaces. There's mini market near the accomodations, along with 24 hours KFC and Hokben. Highly recommended.

Love staying at this hotel. The staff service are excellent, the room is spacious, and the breakfast is tasty.
Perfect for both business or holiday!

Nice hotel to staycation with family or even by your ownself alone.

Was stay here with my family, I have booked 2 Club Room with coneccting room.

The server also were nice to talk, even the receptionist in the front desk a bit irritated talk with.

And a bit challenging when we need to drive the car going up to the parking area. Not sure whether it would be change or not, in the future.

Well.. over all are OK!

nice to stay here, near by airport, JI Expo, etc. So cozy if you have a duty and need to go to down town or out of town like Gresik, Sidoarjo, Mojokerto, Jombang... Booked now for comfortable room

Great place to get some rest at Surabaya. the only minus is the parking. Need experience driver to do it
