Well, aslinya saya bener-bener pecinta Texas. Udah dari jaman saya masih bocah sampe dah gede umur 20 tahon. So, saya sangat akrab sekali dengan rasa Texas ????. Order kali ini jujur, saya bisa ngerasain kalau ini ayam engga fresh, emang bukan ayam kemarin, tapi saya yakin kalau ini mungkin ayam udah agak lama. Maybe digoreng tadi pagi. Ayam juicy khas texas yang saya ga pernah temuin di restoran lain akhirnya hilang gitu aja. Mungkin karena lagi hari raya, mungkin langsung cooking banyak ayam karena gerai yang di ITC bakalan rame tapi ternyata ga sesuai ekspekstasi bakal serame itu sampe ayamnya setelah makan siang masih nyisa, akhirnya order sore dapet stok pagi. Sepemahaman saya, biasanya order sore dapet stok siangnya, tapi mungkin saya sok tahu kali ya ????. Andaikan ini saya order malem hari, deket mau tutup sih saya bakal bodoamat sama rasanya. Berhubung masih sore ya saya peduli sama ayam yang saya peroleh. Mungkin lain kali, kalau cooking ayam ga perlu terlalu banyak, boleh sedikit-sedikit seperti yang saya liat di gerai TP, Kertajaya maupun Grand City. Jadi, ayam yang diperoleh masih fresh, panas manjah, juicy dan tentunya tasty. Tapi, emang sebelumnya ga pernah makan yang di gerai ITC, kalau take away aja rasanya kaya gini saya takut makan di sana, takut kecewa terus mending ke gerai lain yang sering saya kunjungi. Tapi, bukan rahasia umum restoran yg buka di ITC standarnya menurun, apa karena hal itu ya? mungkin gegara itu jadi cara bertahan hidup Texas cabang ITC beda dibanding gerai lainnya sehingga kualitas ayamnya lupa untuk diperhatikan. Lucunya tender wrap kemarin masih juicy, berati mungkin dugaan saya benar, ayamnya kurang fresh karena lebih banyak goreng ayamnya, kalau tender sih palingan jarang beli orang karena skeptis sama ukurannya kalau dibandingkan dengan ayam yang tampak lebih besar. Padahal tendernya texas juara umum diantara restoran ayam-ayam lain loh ❤️ baeklah, intinya saya kecewa sama ayamnya kurang fresh yang akhirnya juicy yang saya cintai tidak muncul tapi saya puas sama tendernya.
