My mom hospitalized after the result of IGD examination was out. Since the very beginning, she's well-facilitated by RS Haji Surabaya.
The nurse who is helping my mom use the wheelchair to the IGD carefully. Skillful doctors who put efforts to calm me down over my fear

It's a pleasure to have a joyful hospitalization experience in here. Keep the good intentions and stay healthy

the service at the hajj hospital is very good...

Excellent care excellent staff better than than back home in the states and moving upstairs soon from ICU to second floor staff are incredible _illing all your needs

After our visiting a few years ago also a few month, RSU Haji is good and better servicing to the pasient and very soon, Actually We hope healthy always, but sometime while we sick we need to choice hospital. In this, We want to tell you that almost all of the staff and employees as well as nurses and doctors are very dexterous in welcoming every patient and visitor to the hospital also kindly. Not forget here is pharmacy depo that serve all the patiens whom are want to buy medcine and others also, serve soon and kindly staffs. Although the building simply if we compare with other hospital, but recommended to control and check our health because of it's good serve and not so expensive..????????⛧⛧⛧⛧

I was came here to see my aunt, she had a thyroid gland surgery. The queue at lobby counter is super crowd but they have a good place for waiting (with air conditioner inside).
She was roomed on Marwah.
She had a great service, the nurses take care of her well (before and after surgery), and before she had a surgery there's someone who read Al-qur'an and pray for her (the hospital staff) so the surgery will goes smoothly.
The surgery goes smooth and she is better now.
The hospital is clean with a beautiful garden but they need to add some lamp on their garden to light up the place a bit.
Their mosque is my favorite, the mukenah is all clean, pretty, there's no smelly or even dust.

The doctors were friendly and had sense of humour. I was there for dental issue. I had "tasted" radiology room too for panoramic photo. But alas, the machine was broken. So I just had periapical photography.

Almost always crowded here in RSU Haji. But the system of queue is good. Also, the parking lot is big enough and well-managed.
