Over the past 2 months, I've been going to Starbucks quite often. The quality of the coffee is very good and this place is very cozy with a good atmosphere. It's a perfect place to study and hangout with friends. The Baristas are friendly and humble. Thank you for the experience, I enjoyed my day.

This place is really cozy even though it's quite small but it has a cozy smoking area too. To me it's cozier than Starbucks Tunjungan plaza. And as usual the baristas are humble.

The one and only Reserve in Surabaya, comfy and nice to visit. However the quality of services need some improvement.
Other than that, still on my list for chilling time.

Great place and coffee but sometimes the queque line is to long. Service is good. Place have a goo ambiance. There are so many choices so you won't get bored when buy drinks in here
