Good place for working with laptop or just talking with friends. 10 am on sunday and wasn’t so crowded. We got nice view directly from the window. The Barista was very friendly too.

Very nice new store at the great location at the mall. Very clean, spacious, modern look. The staffs are very friendly and nice. They recognized their regular customer by mention their names. $$. Now there is Christmas menu on the shelf, must try. Great ambiance, very comfy for chillin with friends n family

bad experience with an unprofessional waitress. Very different compared to another starbuck store in Surabaya. bad mood waitress with unprofessional knowledge of products and price. worst. will not come back again.

Yay! there's a buy 1 get 1 promo using ovo for tall size drinks every monday~~ The coffee was great too! A special shout out to Mas Daniel for being very helpful, nice, and friendly :)

Moving to Ciputra World Mall extension. The service was good but the hospitality was not as Starbucks standard.

Promo coffee pair with red velvet is brilliant, but... taste the coffee is not Starbuck level. Decrease the level (thumbs down). Cappucino is like just milk with taste coffee... what's happen with your coffee Sbux ?
