Slow WiFi, even can't connect properly. The place is not really good. Near the stage for some performance, so it's too loud. I grabbed an iced chai tea, tall size. But it's free up-sized to grande. Thanks for that!

the place is comfortable and is in a famous mall in Surabaya. the menu choices vary and are quite appropriate for the price and place. the service is quite good and fast, the serving time is not too long. the sofa is very comfortable, the choice of place is very spacious and the view is nice. very suitable for meetings or purposes that require a quiet and comfortable place

actually doesn't have much electricity outlet, so prepare your gadget well if you want to work here.
more than half of seat was on outdoor so when in rain, there isn't so much space for you to. enjoy the. cofee,
the cofee in Starbuck was good but in standard way. you can buy cofee bean or. tumbler in here, they have complete collection

Nice starbucks coffee store.
Located at Grand City Convex and Mall, ground floor.
If you need electricity, please be seated at the near-right-wall
Love to sit at the outdoor area and enjoy a cup of hazelnut latte here.

If you used to drink starbucks in Singapore and Australia, this branch is the only one taste the same. Good job ???? Love this Starbuck Grandcity

A great coffee cafe located inside the shopping mall of Grand City, Surabaya. Staff hospitability is good. Payment can be made by cash, card and e-payment app. There is outdoor seating available

good coffee, good meals, good atmosphere, good services, the only minus is when you are sitting in the inner side, the music from the mall will be quite loud, especially when there is an event, as the venue would normally take place around the main lobby of the mall. Overall, it is all good.
