Meat yellow Soup , favorit food at breakfast???? for surabaya people, breakfast is all about rice... the place without AC, cleanliness is so standard... prepare it????

A legend of Maduranese Soto. They still use a traditional way to cook. Yes, using lumber and fire. Dont know when were they establish this restaurant, my mom told me that this restaurant has been exist since he met my father and marry him it was about 30 years ago.

Not very tender, need young people's teeth and gut to chew the meat. But, dont underestimate the soup. A heaven prototype. Dont worry, maybe the meat not very tender, you can choose innards, brain, egg, etcetera.

One of the best meat soup in Surabaya.
Actually i knew this place since my childhood, everytime we finished our prayer in Church nearby (Kristus Radja) my father always bring us to this place for breakfast.

So it a yes for me to always remembering this place also its food.
