Old hotel. Love the ambiance and friendly staff. The room needs maintenance, bath tub and toilet is leaking, wallpaper starting to peel off. But still, this is a good place for family staycation because there's so much activity like biking, sight seeing deer, swimming. Please improve the hotel quality. My kid really love staying at this hotel

Positives: the hotel area was vast, green, clean, u0026 fresh. I even felt like my stay was like in Malang due to the density of the trees. It is reccommended for those who wanna enjoy forest-like area in Surabaya. Basically the room was spacious, traditional-vibes u0026 clean. The food was fair enough

Negatives: the air-con in my room didn't work, the key was initially broken but the staffs helped to solve this problem.

This place is nice for family who wants to staycation for a while. It has a big pool and a small pool for children. The rooms are also nice and there are villas. The foods are great.

It's an old hotel. You'll be second guessing is this really a 4* hotel?
The AC in my room only has low, mid u0026 hi setting. Mid means it's not even on and hi means you wake up shivering. Good luck staying at 306. Light on the sink do this disco blink at night. Only at night.
Oh, found spoiled yogurt in kettle. Yuck. The glass has stains.
Outdoor pool wedding's a real banger tho. They have deers, chickens, ducks roaming around. Got bikes to explore the spacious ground around the hotel.

Nice place
Awesome pool
Breakfast affected by pandemic losing it specials dimsum breakfast menu that I Ioved
The bathwater is too HOT, I think the water system is broken at that time
Overall could be better experience but because of the pandemic it's still tolerable

I went to this hotel just for some meetings. An Indonesian vibes hotel in west Surabaya. An old style interior hotel. They have an outbound area, large parking area, cafe, and quiet place to escape in Surabaya.

Awesome facilities, enjoyable meals, beautiful park and city views, and many more..... Also a good place for camping, family gatherings, school reunions, business gatherings, and many more. Not to mention the deers that freely roaming the hotel's park and camping area.
