I'm hospitalized after the result of IGD examination was out. Since the very beginning, I'm well-facilitated by Siloam.

Security who is helping me use the wheelchair to the IGD carefully. Skillful doctors who put efforts to calm me down over my fear. Great staffs who serve foods and snacks (I thought hospital dishes would be tasteless, turns out it's good here). Cleaning Service who greets me politely every morning. Friendly and informative admins. And especially, all nurses who I couldn't remember their names—who are genuinely helping me even when I know they are obviously exhausted through the day.

It's a pleasure to have a joyful hospitalization experience in here. Keep the good intentions and stay healthy, great people????????

I came here for having MCU for personal purpose. The staff were friendly and gave detail information. A few days before my appointment, the staff called me to ask whether it's fine for me to see male doctor for mammae USG.

You need to fill out some forms. Next, I have a physical obersevation with general doctor and then I wait for giving lab sample (blood and urine). Afterwards, I have my X-ray and USG (abdomen and breast). Since I take papsmear and the doctor hasn't arrived yet, I eat my lunch provided by the hospital.

So far, it went well and quite fast. The longest time I spent was waiting for the papsmear and it was sooooo long. I'll visit again to take the result in a week because of the papsmear which is more complicated I guess.

Btw, I booked my MCU throuh My Siloam app on my phone and paid by bank transfer. I took Jade MCU package which normally 2.8mio but I got a discount so I just paid for 2.3mio. Thank you, Siloam.

This place is comfortable, the toilets are clean, for cleanliness the rooms are also cleaned regularly. Friendly service and easy access

I called an ambulance for my father this morning. I told everything to the operator of the emergency, including my father's current conditions. I thought the ambulance will be sent right away, but I need to wait for almost 15 minutes just to wait for another call from the ambulance that confirming my father's conditions; I thought the operator of the emergency already told that to the people in ambulance service.

My father entered the ICU room after 6 hours. It's fine since the hospital need the insurance application before they conduct anything. My mother is needed in the ICU to sign some medical papers, therefore she need to spend the night in the hospital today. She called me that she need her vitamins, I sent it by GoSend just now. I told the driver that my mother can't get out from ICU freely, therefore I told him to drop her vitamins in the security. Unfortunately, the security didn't want to accept it. The GoSend driver already told the security that my mother is a patient's family in the ICU, but the security still didn't want to accept it. It's kind of unfortunate since not all patient's family can go to the lobby freely due to the position of the patient in a particular room.

Might be the worst hospital service, so slow and the system is chaotic, a man next to me getting mad because he was charged 1,2 million for the medicine without confirmation, the nurse even still insist that it can't be refunded, I can see many other patient getting more stressed there.

To be fair they put a poster that they are still under process IT system change and say sorry if the services slower than usual

I arrived at the hospital at 1.30 am. But the service at the IGD was responsive. Overall services are good. But the facilities in the patient room need to be maintained because I found that sometimes the toilet’s flushing buttons are stucked and in certain room there is no tissue available.
