I was hospitalized here for 5 days 4 nights. All staff, nurses, and doctors were nice. But I was hoping that the doctor would like to explain more details without me having to ask. Overall, their service was excellent. I was in VIP room. It was spacious with complete facilities, such as private bathroom, telephone, TV, water heater, and mini fridge. The food was delivered on time and tasted great. All coming-in patients had to take PCR and thorax rontgent to be proven negative for Covid. They prohibited people from visiting the patients as well. The price was very expensive but worth the quality.
Update 20 June 2022:
I was hospitalized here again due to kidney stones. The nurses, catering staff, and cleaning service staff were very nice and polite. The only problem I had is the staff who manage the insurance. I was the patient, need to make sure that those staff did not screw up. They were very very late in submitting the documents to the insurance company, not to mention that they kept missing some of the required documents.
And now I'm here again for doctor's appointments and the same staff failed to submit the documents. I have been waiting for 3 hours and it was useless. The documents were never sent to my insurance. They said the insurance portal was error, but they managed to send my documents via email JUST AFTER I COMPLAINED! If you know you can do that by email, why didn't you do it before? Shame shame shame.
