I was hospitalized here for 5 days 4 nights. All staff, nurses, and doctors were nice. But I was hoping that the doctor would like to explain more details without me having to ask. Overall, their service was excellent. I was in VIP room. It was spacious with complete facilities, such as private bathroom, telephone, TV, water heater, and mini fridge. The food was delivered on time and tasted great. All coming-in patients had to take PCR and thorax rontgent to be proven negative for Covid. They prohibited people from visiting the patients as well. The price was very expensive but worth the quality.

Update 20 June 2022:
I was hospitalized here again due to kidney stones. The nurses, catering staff, and cleaning service staff were very nice and polite. The only problem I had is the staff who manage the insurance. I was the patient, need to make sure that those staff did not screw up. They were very very late in submitting the documents to the insurance company, not to mention that they kept missing some of the required documents.

And now I'm here again for doctor's appointments and the same staff failed to submit the documents. I have been waiting for 3 hours and it was useless. The documents were never sent to my insurance. They said the insurance portal was error, but they managed to send my documents via email JUST AFTER I COMPLAINED! If you know you can do that by email, why didn't you do it before? Shame shame shame.

I went to the ER at 8 pm, because of the severe and unusual stomach ache, I barely can talk and hard to breath because I have to bare the pain. After I got there, they check nothing wrong. They said I just too tense, and have negative thoughts. Your tense is the one cause your stomach pain.

I want to get angry that they think I am too much thinking, but I can not say much.

I ask for USG, they said they don't have a specialist to do that. I asked so many times, I didn't understand why the doctor in the ER didn't do anything.

Until 11.30 pm, I requested to hospitalized. And they still didn't do anything. I barely can breathe, I can not sleep, and apparently they give me morphine because I keep pressing the bell to call the nurse that I am in pain.

That was the longest night and the most horrible night I have been through.

And the doctor specialist finally come at 11.30 am. And can do USG for me. And he was rushing me to the operating room. And ask me to agree to to operation. In the condition that I am half conscious.

Apparently I have internal bleeding in my stomach. My HB was only 5.5. I had blood transfusion for 4 packs. I had an emergency big operation.
I was almost dead, since 2,5 liters of blood was in my stomach.

Such a suck ER doctor, the hospital management, the nurse, and the specialist doctor that didn't listen to the patient and ignoring me and said I am to much thinking and nervous that cause the pain.

A really horrible long night and day with the terrible pain. And missed diagnosed.
And the bills that come also make an unnecessary expensive bills, if they listened and check me properly when I came at the first time.

It took 15,5 hours for them to find out what was really happening to me. If they do USG as I requested the night before.

-cosiness(comfort) u003d(5/5) facility are good, they got hand sanitizer in many place, full ac,free wifi, enough sit for waiting, nice staff, nurse, and doctor

-cleanliness u003d (5/5) i believe its highly hygienic, it had hand sanitizer anywhere, and anywhere u go it seems clean, dan kalo sedikit teliti sudut sudut ruangan mereka gak bersudut(dibuat curve) untuk menghindari bakteri dll yg mungkin nyempil disana

-service u003d(4/5) well IGD sometimes slow, but its not their fault tho, the staff, nurse, and doctor are kind and nice, but the pharmacy service are pretty slow

-quality offered u003d(4/5) well not 5 because once i came because i got cough or such for 1 month, they decide to give me some medicine but i still sick after that, but overall its good (i came here a lot of time)

-price u003d pretty expensive

responding to bad reviews:
1, its not that crowded
2, sejauh ini penanganan saya cukup baik (penyakit kecil : batuk, infeksi mata, mag parah , etc)
3, responding to kai with 2 stars review, if u injured u should go to igd, they will prioritize what should be prioritized
4, for the wait even after a reservation i think its still normal since there is other people reserve too
5, as long as i go there i never find the staff are rude, maybe he start raise his voice first?
6, the toilet inside the building is extremely clean i can guarante it, it 4 years experience and it always clean
7, well there is no mask, but its still hygienic i think
8, yes sometime(a lot of time) call service are bad, but not all the time

I went here to do MCU for UK Visa. Friendly and helpful staff, easy online appointment, fast process. Finished the tests at 9, received the result at 12. Second floor. Here are the pictures in MCU room:

Today i brought my brother to IGD(Emergency) and the doctor fastly respond and ask the information about my brother after that the doctor came and do a treatment to my brother because he had a stomach ach for 5 days after that they finish it very fast then the nurses are very friendly so overall i recommend you to come to this hospital so i hope the information may help you......

Today was our meeting with the specialist in Urology Dr. Achmad Anies Shahab. RS Onkologi helped coordinate the appointment and radiology review of my ct scan and pet scans. All this was executed through phone calls and messaging as we traveled from Thailand to jakarta to denpasar to.jakarta and back to surabaya. The dedication and objective commitment by all involved was above and beyond extrordinaire. What an amazing team this is. Thank you so.mucch for all you have done it has eased my wife and my life considerably. Alhumdalila , Amen ???????????? Truly thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ????

I called the customer service regarding medical examination for visa. They are NOT friendly. Please fix this especially towards customers/clients. Very poor hospitality through phone service.
