I went here for taking Swab Rapid Antigen test. Since I'm not Surabaya citizen, I searched for the customer care hotline from their official website and luckily they have one connected to WhatsApp. I sent the text hopelessly (since I once sent the text to RS B* Surabaya via WhatsApp too and they didn't even respond eventhough the notif was ONLINE *sigh)
Surprisingly... the CC replied my text and answered all my Qs. Thank you.
I went there on Sunday at 11AM... the staffs were all so friendly.
The process from registration, to sample taking, and to get the letter was only around 30 minutes.
They even responded nicely when I said that they wrote my data wrong and revised it quickly.
Thank you RSI Surabaya for all the hospitality ♡

Hi all, i recently had impacted teeth on both sides of my lower jaw. The dentist advised to immediately do odontectomy. Alhamdulillaah, all it's good and i did speed recovery.
I just wanna say thank u especially for drg. Bagus Teguh Sp. BM, all nurse at Hijir Ismail and operation room. The hospitality it's very great. ???? Thank u for treat me so well.

It's rather difficult for car to reach the parking area. Furthermore the parking area is so small. Luckily the staffs are kind. Motorcycle parking area should be improved too
