A nice and clean swimming club house, with spacious parking lot. The entrance fee for swimming is Rp.35.000 for weekdays and Rp.40.000 for weekends and public holidays.

The clubhouse of one of elite housing in West Surabaya area.

Can be rented to have wedding ceremony or maybe birthday party with its big outdoor area.

Some indoor area also available for small family party, or even small engagement party.

Parking area is massive, so it wont be any issue to held big ceremony.

There is swimming pool which opened for public. Must pay for entry ticket.
Used to have stall that selling Bakso where it will be perfect for people who is waiting or eating after swimming. Sad it is not available anymore.

Located in the middle of the huge housing of Royal Residence.

The place is not properly taken care. The water of the pool is not clean. The bathrooms are dirty. It was a down grade since my last visit. It's a pity

Swimming Pool cost around 25.000rp , out door pool. No slides just a medium to large swimming pool.
