Located on the top floor of Surabaya Plaza in the food court area. One of the most crowded richesee factory outlets in Surabaya. On weekends, sometimes the queue gets to meters in length. Several times I had to cancel my child's desire to eat here because in half hour it seemed that the queue was not moving forward significantly. Its needs to be adjustments in service standards to support the dish which are among the most popular fast food in town

it's alright, just don't go there on the weekend if you don't like crowded place.

Their chicken is good, and bloody spicy!
