Langganan dan bahkan pernah kos disini. Setiap pagi selalu terganggu dengan :
1. Suara staff hotel (bapak dan ibu) yang tinggal disitu, kalau berbincang suaranya keras seperti dirumah sendiri tidak menghargai tamu yg menginap, padahal pagi butuh ketenangan. Kadang tlp dgn suara kencang bahkan cuci piring aja berisik.
2. Suara geseran bed. Entah di lantai 2 atau di lantai 3. Saya mengerti anda mengganti seprei atau membersihkan lantai, tapi okelah kalau 1-2x suaranya, SETIAP PAGI, lha gimana begitu mulai suara tersebut bisa sampai 10-15x geseran. Beberapa jam kemudian, mulai lagi geserannya dengan tempo yang sama. BERISIK!!!
3. Suara burung. Ini hotel apa rumah sih??? Burungnya ada banyak. Please be profesional deh.
Dan ketiga suara tersebut SETIAP PAGI terjadi.
Hotel itu harusnya TENANG. Standarnya TENANG. TOLONG PERBAIKI, agar kembali rame tamu hotelnya.
Tamu lain tidak menyampaikan, tapi berujung tidak repeat booking.
