Good enough functional bedroom, no complaint. There is vocal music playing in the corridor that can be distracting at times thanks to the lack of soundproofing but it's still tolerable. The staff though could be more sincere and polite. I'm not expecting 5-star hotel hospitality but pretty sure making eye contact while communicating with customers to show respect should not hurt.

Near from Pasar Atom. Nice first experience at Pop Hotel. Want to try the other Pop Hotels later on.

The room was clean. We enjoyed the room much at the night of Ied Fitr. The service was good. We checked in after midnight and the staff was there. Whether we had to wait for him a while. But it was OK.

Friendly staff, excellent wifi, but the toilet has a very bad aroma. Not a good hotel for staycation as it doesn't provide standard table and seat. Strategic place near Chinatown and food sellers.

good place, comfort room, near from atom market even the place is little far from tunjungan plaza, and also thanks to receptionist, mas Reno, for the warm greeting during the check in proccess n it was very pleasantly quick

POP Stasiun Kota Surabaya offers you a nice place to rest and very reasonable pricing
The bed quality was good, the room was clean and neat, surprisingly there were 2 bolster provided, well frankly speaking not all hotel provide bolster

The room amenities were rather simple with 2 bath towels, shampoo and soap
Other like mineral water also provided
The peoples there who serve also very kind and polite
The breakfast also rather simple but hey, you won't eat lot on your breakfast don't ya?

I would like to recommend this place for your trip at Surabaya

The price is cheaper than guest house, but the services, the place, and the facility is like 3 star hotels! This is my 10th times visiting Pop Hotel at surabaya stasiun kota

The team there just couldn't do enough. The hotel overall is clean and very tidy. The beds were comfortable but mattress moved around. Floor with a great view over Surabaya. We stay in standard room with twin beds. Easy to find lunch or dinner. There's a lot of good food nearby.
