So far having quite positive experience with this hospital, as part of IHC member, holding BUMN for healthcare corporation, PHC positioning is quite clear and niche among private hospital in term of service standard, facility and service level deliverables. When my brother had been surgeries, all the processes quite clear and detail info are given.

This hospital not too crowded and have quite complete facilities including canteen/cafe (cafe pisang at ground floor near Gedung Serbaguna) make you will not have much difficulties to find some food/drinks while you accompany your families during hospitalization.

If somehow the cafe were not enough then you will easily find the fast food retail chain such as KFC, Dunkin Donuts in lobby area of this hospital, or Kopi Kenangan near parking area.

During this pandemic, this hospital also provide drive through test for Covid-19 (PCR, Antigen and Rapid).

For moslem, musholla are available at ground floor nearby lobby and park area, and for friday prayer, due to As Syifa mosque still being renovated, they rearrange it at Gedung Serbaguna (GSG) just near cafe pisang location, with capacity of more than ~80 people.

Excellent service and facilities. Also car parking charged flat rate at IDR 8k.

2 stars for the receptionist of the medical check up. They're not friendly to the customer. I said like this, because I paid and I am a CUSTOMER. I ask for information since this is my first time to do medical check up as a seafarer, however the tone of their answer seems upset, not friendly. I tried also the WA service to ask about the result, but no response, I had to call by phone - So why they put WA service in the first place if it's no use? - Hopefully the management will read this review since it's state owned enterprise.

There's a feedback from the management. It's a good fast response, they will continue their improvement of the quality for their service. I've changed the review from 2 stars to 4 stars because of their dedication regarding this matter. Once again, thumbs up for their fast response, owning the problem from the customer, willingness to improve their service excellence.

What a great hospita in the corner east Java. I've been visit here for several times, but today I swab PCR here that get the cheapest price in this city.
We have to register via online to get the queue number then verify in the camp outside the hospital.
The condition quite windy and fresh, even the place next to highway.
Recommended place to test PCR this year ????

Great Doctors. Good Nurses. Good Securities. Good hospitality. Fast service in ER. Good informed bills and attention to details. More than I expected from Government Type Hospital. Thanks for everything. But, landscape and layout of hospital wards are a little bit confusing for first timer. Nevertheless, Please for next Hospital development and building, put more direction signs for Patients' families and Attendants ????

I'm so much sorry for giving this Hospital one star rating. But to be honest, you i'd give this rate with NONE OF STARS at all.
Bad services of the nurses make me say like this. Highly prices of canteen's food aren't really suitable with the taste and portion.

The "NOT REALLY CARE" nurses in first class room is the main problem.

Dear PHC, you need to improves everything. Don't make any differences between one patient and the other one.

Really bad service just be careful and if u using bpjs that would be worse, you wont get any room u have to waitt reallyy for a longggg timeee not friendly doctor and nurse also one of the problem :) this doesnt even worth 1 star
