Very bad experience.

The floor was filthy, there was mold on the walls, I had to make the sheets changed because they had been used already, there was no hot water, and in the morning my bag was humid because it was leaning against the wall during the night. The staff was nice, but I am still never coming back again to any OYO ever.

It is a shame because you see all of these negative comments, and OYO answers them saying "we are sorry that you had a bad experience", but they don't do anything to improve.

Great facilities with good value, really near the US Consulate and G-Walk for many food options. The wi-fi is great and the staffs clean the room daily. Note: please make sure the hot shower/hot water always running, sometimes it is not working. Overall, it was a good experience. Thank you.

OYO IS A SCAM!! AVOID THIS CORRUPT COMPANY!!

Their room quality is below standard and their staff are not properly trained to clean. This was my experience with OYO and, even they they mentioned providing a refund, I have received anything. That was in July 2019, it's not January 2020.

WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T BOOK OYO, THERE ARE BETTER, AFFORDABLE, AND CLEANER OPTIONS IN INDONESIA.

selalu puas disini. kalaupun ada yg kurang, tinggal wa/telf aja ke cs nya, mereka lgsg dtg kekamar. jd gk perlu turun buat komplain. tiap nginep disini, selalu minta kamar nomor ganjil, krn space buat sholat lebih lebar.

Great location and new building. Cleanliness is good. But no cable TV and no WiFi. What is your direct phone number? I need it for booking conformation.

The place and room arw surprisingly neat and cozy, don't even mention the rate, very cheap. Recommended for backpackers or for you who just need place to rest at night.
