From outside and the Environment we're ok. From inside the hotel, my first impression was that hotel lack of maintenance, especially for its rooms.
The room size was big enough for double bed standard. The wallpaper was peel off, the atmosphere was creepy ????????. I was in third floor, and the abandoned kitchen was in front of the room. Empty and creepy dining room. Fortunately there was no creepy sound all night long.

Pubic hair found everywhere, on toilet bowl, pillows, and bed sheets. Strange oily liquid smears found on the table, sink, and bedside end tables. Bathroom was not dry when I checked in, with torn contact lenses smeared on the sink and an unflushed toilet. Bed sheets are covered in thick dust and there are questionable stain marks on the bed sheets. I checked in for 2 person using the app but only got 1 towel. There are also black smoke ashes on the sheet, even when I ordered a hotel with a non smoking room. Gonna check out right after checked in.

why did i given this bad rate?from receptionist,as far as so well,but for this facilities,'s not too bad.pillow smell bed,ac isn't cold,and the water in bathroom must to be complained. no telpon interlocal to receptionist so i lazy to complain n just there is hot water in shower,so i didnt take a bath.there isnt water to flash in closet.
for range price,i like.thanks.

What you pay is what you get. This "hotel" is ok for me. The service is great, but the room is not what you expect it to be. The rooms are dirty, the door to the bathroom is broken, small water debit, and broken sink. The good thing is this room still have AC and TV (fortunately). The elevator is bad. Yesterday I even went with no lamp elevator lol. But yea. What you pay is what you get. because the price is so cheap. Oh, couples are welcomed here.

Hmmm. You'll got no breakfast, andd there are guarantee fee, about 100k. But you can get it back when youre checking out. Oh and dont expect to have a room with a view, because the rooms dont have any window.

An average hotel to stay, better for low budget travelers. Its near train stations such as Gubeng Baru and Gubeng Lama. Easy accessible by online transportation (Grab , Gojek). If you have your own motorcycle theres a safe parking space in-front of the entrance door. Free and good services.

Im sorry for telling this but this hotel so worse.
When i come, the water off till midnite. It was really okay for me, but when we asked for towel, the receptionist ask me to wait but they dont give. So, i buy towel outside.
I was going outside that nite, for buy water and food, i left my staff n snacks in my room. When i Just arrived room, i see some snacks open and i lost some cakes.
The door cant be lock, the curtains was broke too. So, i feel insecure that everyone can look at me.
Finally, the water not work till morning. So worse experience.
I was so excited when i see this hotel in application. Unlucky me????

Stay away if you're needing a good nights rest. Mosquitos in dinning area and rooms, water from the shower floods the bed area, AC is just an expensive weak fan and the menu may look ok but it was limited to only Chinese foods, which was fine for us but why have a half decent size menu?
