Bad experience i book online and it's paid , when i come to hotel they rejected me because the rooms are full , my money and my time is gone , they can't cancel it and also I can't cancel it from my side

Worst place. Disguting bed sheets. Bed sheets is white already turns yellow in some place. Once i open the room, i check out immediately.

the water from the shower doesn't come out freely, like there is something blocking it. And the bed makes a lot of sounds when you move, so it's very annoying. it's realy hard to sleep, hearing those sounds. the bathroom lock is broken. other than that, everything is ok

Perfect start to go to BromoWe felt really good in this hostel:) Family who care about it is frendly and helpful:) It was a pleasure to talk with them:) About the room - clean and comfortable. In our room was a big double bed. An air conditioner was in a good condition-when outside is 30 degrees it is a relief. Ah! The owner has the scooters for rent - we taked one to go to Bromo - recomend it :).-

The room is dirty, seems like they didn't change the sheet and the room is very humid
