Sayang sekali setelah saya tinggal disana selama beberapa bulan tempat kost ini malh menjadi homestay, yang menurut saya akan sangat merugikan mhsw dan juga tamu yang memang ingin mencari penginapan murah. Terganggu sekali rasanya ketika dini hari saya terbangun akibat suara cekikikan orang diluar kamar saya. Hal tersebut terjadi beberapa kali dan saya harus memarahi orang tersebut karena membuat kegaduhan di dini hari. Satpam atau bisa saya bilang penjaga kos pun tidak ada kemauan untuk menegur mereka, sungguh mengecewakan. Jujur saja tempat ini memang saya lilih karena murah tapi fasilitas yang diberikan tidak baik. AC kadang tidak dingin, TV juga buram (kemungkinan karena tinggal di lantai 1), dan yang saya tidak suka itu adalah air untuk mandinya. Air kran selalu bau dan kotor bila di buka terlalu keras entah apa alasannya. Sempat juga air hujan merembes kedalam kamar. Beberapa bulan tidak ditempati akibat pandemi, kamarnya jadi sangat kotor ketika saya datangi dan ada beberapa barang saya yang hilang. Meski ada beberapa yang kembali tetap saja ada barang hilang dan begitu berharga bagi saya karena barang itu adalah kado dari teman.
Carilah tempat lain selain disini dan juga cabangnya di Padang Pasir! Kedua tempat tersebut sama buruknya!
