Never thought a small hotel in a big city could be this nice. The space is well designed, the hotel room doesn't feel cramped, everything is in a good measure, so I think this hotel is the one considered as a value for money hotel.

The only problem is small parking lot, though I believe the staffs will work this out to help you. A cafe outside the hotel is a plus for me, so the hotel guest is not the only one gathered around the hotel.

The location is great for a tourist who want to go right into the heart of the city.

the room are sooooo nice! one that i love is heather because sometimes other hotels aren’t provide heather or the heather is broken. the bed is so nice, got so many pillows and the breakfast is pretty simple yet quiet tasty. don’t forget the price in this hotel is quiet cheap, so from that price in my expectation wouldn’t even that good, but the reality the hotel is really really that good and clean!! should come here again (and is near by a coffee shop so +++ and near by alfamidi)

Good place. Good design. Room is not too big. But suitable and enough to get sleep. All clean and facilities are complete inc various of breakfast menu. Sadly, the parking area limited..

A walking distance budget hotel from railway station. Clean hotel. But can't do early check in, I checked in at 2.15 pm, because the room was not ready yet. Went to the dining room at 6.15 and it was close, after sometimes (after the staff saw me, I guess) they opened the dining room. The food was fine. Rice, porridge, bread, tea, coffee, and juice.

B average. Breakfast is OK. Centrally located. The bathroom cleanliness could be improved. The reception desk could be a bit more helpful and sensitive to customer needs. The staff need to be sensitive to the needs of vegetarian travellers. I stayed there for 12 days. Once, the fruit servings were depleted. The person in charge of the resto tells us "habits," or over. That Oriza is not a five-star hotel. I was hurt. I am a customer and have every right to insist on a decent breakfast. The management should not insist on Rp 50,000 deposit if travelers have paid in advance.

Affordable price with breakfast , very near to B Campus of Airlangga University , very suitable to people who takes weekend classes like my dad, but for the parking space is unfortunately not to wide , thumbs up ????

Nice budget hotel with good location near soetomo hospital. Near PKL foods and other various menu for dinner. Car parkir not a big size but enviroment is safe also.
