Feels like home.

The room is big, nice and complete.
It has a nice king bed, nice livingroom, nice bathroom..
We can cook and even washed our clothes.

Nice sunset view from the room window and even prettier from the pool side.

Pool is 1,2 m deep, no children pool.
Gym is comfortable too.

Always stay here every time we visit Surabaya for biz trip. Our home in Surabaya. Pleasant service. Hassle free check in and out. Everything is made easy. Room is spacious (we always book the largest one), it’s about 50sqm, separate room with kitchenette u0026 small seating area that’s just perfect for us to wind down at the end of the day.

carpet waren't cleaned feels like crumbs when i step on it , need new towels, 1 of them already had holes in it, and others threads already loose . Apps not working, in room phone not working.

The security was not so friendly. I was blamed for going in and out wrong elevators, albeit there was no clear indicator of prohibition. There is no dedicated prayer room (with proper ablution facility) near of the conference room. Alternatively, they set a regular room to be a prayer room and its washroom to be an ablution facility).

Hotel quiet good but enter to the hotel from car park at basement don’t like it would be better has direct lift.

One of the best option around neighborhood. Pro tips: weekday price are affordable. Studio/apartment room is also very recommended.

It was a 10 day full of excellent service, we booked a 2 bedroom service apt, the apt was flawless, the location is great! the downside is that the pool and the smoking area are too close, not family friendly, the gym is more than enough for me to keep my muscle mass. Overall great hotel. will be staying here again for sure
