So our office booked the hotel for a three days meeting and man, if I could give them 10 stars, I would do that for sure.

1. Price is affordable
2. Location is quite prime because it's close to one of Surabaya's main road and also close to lots of malls and cafes
3. Nice ambience. Rooms are spacious, everything works well.
4. SERVICE. their service is top notch. Especially their staffs. Very polite, lovely people and very easy to communicate.
5. FOOD. another thing to look forward to this hotel is their FOOD. If you're looking for nice food, this hotel can be your option. All of my colleagues said that they love the food and there's a lot of variety of food and we love them all. Never got bored honestly. Their breakfast was also great. Lots of selection and restaurant is spacious.
6. Wifi works great as well as nice meeting room

I had a very nice experience staying here, the check in process was pleasant u0026 the receptionist was really helpful (I requested to extend my stay u0026 she helped me to book the room with discounted ACCOR members price). She also offered me which floor that I'd prefer to stay. The bedroom itself was so comfortable (it has a safe deposit box, mini refrigerator as well as teapot), the breakfast has so many kinds of menu u0026 the taste are all delicious. The overall ambience of the hotel was great!

This hotel is a good choice if you are going to held a big meeting.

Stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights, it was wonderful. I love their modern-styled room, king size bed, and very clean bathroom. They provide complete complementary toiletries as well.

Ballroom is quite wide, fit for 100++ attendants. The banquet was also really helpful. Got no issues about the meeting room.

Food is so-so, but the dish is very variative, from western dish to traditional one. They also have a separate smoking area, outside the restaurant. Overall it's quite decent.

Biggest issue is the location, kinda far from downtown. But overall, it was a nice experience to stay there.

Luxury but affordable, I mean I selected non breakfast package for sure.
Room was clean, bathroom quite spacious, internet is OK, they got nice gym and pool even not too long, but it works for me.
The only problem is, it is quite far from the center area where all the great malls located.
The closest mall you can get is Galaxy Mall which is one of the best in Surabaya.
Quite close to airport, that's another pros in terms of location.

For us, this Novotel is different compare to other Novotel hotels in general. Pretty new but it is not well-maintained. Breakfast has variant of Indonesia foods but very less for foreigners such as bread, cheese and honey. Almost nothing. Breakfast area is a bit chaotic and staffs seem do not care.

They have massage in the hotel, but I wouldn't recommend at all. You do not get the price you pay.

Very comfy and also great staff ..
The check in process should be simple and ease ..
Breakfast is good with variety foods are amazing..
Traditional, oriental, western until Japanese are served..
Beyond your expectation.. excellent..

I had a business trip to Surabaya and I chose this hotel because the location on east Surabaya (close to bandara juanda).
The receptionist was helpful and the lobby was very large. I like this hotel because they had a large parking area in LG and easy access. The room was clean, had a big tv, and comfortable lighting.
The breakfast was on the ground floor and quite a variety of menu. For the taste was good.
Overall these hotel recomended.
