I think this is the one of the best noodle in Surabaya, if not the best.

I ordered Mie Campur (mixed noodle) which contains four different part of meat..and all of them was brilliantly tender, and of course tasty.

The noodle itself was firm but still easily edible. Pour (or not pour) the tasty broth into the bowl and it was amazing.

Will always comeback there on any chance.

Best mie pangsit ayam in Surabaya Town. The owner was so humble and very good services. Food was very good and tasty...the best mie pangsit ayam that I tasted.
Another favorite taste are mie otot dan mie daging...was so tender and delicious

Homemade Noodles. Tastes soooo good and you won't find the same taste anywhere else. The best noodle in town may i say. Reasonably priced for the quality that you get. Been a regular since 17 years ago and never been disappointed

This is the original and the only legendary "Mie Jembatan Merah" located in Rajawali area. Noodles are very tender and most importantly very consistent with the serving for past 20+ years. Mie babat is their specialty (very tender babat), and you can order other variants such as mie ayam or mie otot. In conclusion, it's highly recommended!

The Authenthic Mie Jembatan Merah...Established more than 40 years ago. Taste so goods and noodle has made by themself...the owner was 2nd generation currently and humble person...I have been serve by them since 30 years ago.
