at first, i wanna try this hotel because of a review that the breakfast was good and it is good actually. but, there are few elements that disappoint me.
some room have terrible pillars that (some of them) blocking a window. my room actually got it and i felt like it always a night time. second, bathroom not that neat and clean properly. there are few rust on shower. third, my room air conditioner was terrible, it was freaking hot and take eternity to get cold. moreover, refrigerator has same condition as air conditioning. i suggest to fix it ASAP.
even with some negative aspect, i would appriciate how receptionist's work while im asking for replacement room. the breakfast was amazing TBH. little bit more spice on soup might be good but overall was great.

In terms of price, I would recommend anyone who has a low budget. But overall experience, I can give this 4 out of 10. AC doesn't work well, fridge doesn't work well.

The allllll service verry2 poor hotel room A/C not cools to dirty needs allllll rooms replaces brands new A/C each rooms, Shower drain blocks to dirty allllll rooms need to be cleans the drains waters pipe, Shower head water pipes showering u0026 allllll handles turn on/off waters to rushing needs to be replaces allllll showers headset each rooms.
Allllll breakfeast foods not cooking fresh, not very taste anything cooler foods not very2 hots servings.
The inside hotel, lobby, hallway, lift, up stair hallway very2 hots not very2 cooling A/C the needs replacement NEW A/C.
The hallway lobby to much mascito baiting very2 hots not a have UV ELECTRIC LIGTH BLUE for the kills mascito flying.

Location is good, relatively on the center of surabaya, price is ok, you can use traveloka to book room here.

During raining season the road in front of the hotel relatively easy to get flooded, you may consider to book room somewhere else during rainy season

Budget hotel. Very nice and clean, but the hallway is very narrow. There're few local universities nearby. It's great if you're looking for a place to rest, but don't expect any other services.

Pretty nice hotel and equal to its rate.
The room is pretty big but the airconditioner isnt't cold enough
