For me kfc always good, but the place in BG Junction is too small. We need to wait so long and people without social distancing

Most bad services KFC branch in Surabaya
Very slow queue, the staffs looking very sluggish and (sorry) old

And the most horrible is, i ordered a family package to take home
When i arrived at home and checking the package, there is 2 missing items (Cream Soup and Sundae) that not included in bag

OK for having fried chicken. Crowd as usual. Many people queu up for having meals there.
