Food is very good, cute traditional house setting. If you sit in courtyard it will get hot. Dessert and goodies shop inside provide a good selection of local treats.
Gets busy fast so come early.
Service is rather slow.

Various kinds of Indonesian snacks you can imagine are available here. I could find everything I know in this store. But be careful some of them are not Indonesia original such as rissole, croquet, takoyaki and many Chinese cuisines. I think they are freshly cooked in the kitchen behind, so it's quite safe to eat deep-fried foods here rather than ones on the street.

Taste is acceptable.
Little bit pricy but hygiene guaranteed.

I never tried eat in. Just to-go.

vibes : oriental, outdoor in 1st floor, indoor in 2nd floor , the space is not too big
menu : they provide many kinds of traditional snacks which is tasty and also offer some indonesian food
price : quite expensive

So much snacks to choose from, it's so hard to choose. I think this is the only outlet that provides meals not just snacks. The meals are good too, quite pricey around Rp 40-60k if I remember correctly, portion is quite big, taste is okay. I recommend their lumpia goreng.

I visited for lunch with a friend. We were delighted by the authentic Indonesian main course. The spices and flavors were impressive

My kind of place. Love every peranakan ornaments in the shop. And the cakes are soo vary, you can find everything you want. So delighted to find some memorable cakes from your childhood. Beside the cake, the food is also taste good.
I will come back again in my next visits to Surabaya.
