I drove from Bali to Jogja stayed here only to sleep for a night, i checked in late at 11pm on Saturday, July 30 2022. The room was out of my expectation, decent, clean, and spacious. But, my problems started when i can't find menu for room service, i called the reception and they said will send the menu book to our room, but i need to wait for at least 30 mins. And then we choose food we want to eat that night, then we called the room service to make order at 11.50pm, and we wait until 1.10am and decided to call again asked about our food, and surprisingly they don't even start to cook our food and asked us to wait for 20mins more and amazingly we don't hear any sorry by them! We waste 1.5 hours for nothing when we were so hungry and tired, and we should wake up early to continue driving to Jogja but because of this, we slept late! For accor hotel standart, this is so shame! And another bad experience here was, when i took a shower then realized there was no shower gel in the shower gel dispenser, for this, please tell to the housekeeping about taking care of needs in room before the guest coming! No need to wait until the guest complaining about this! Please, to the management to pay attention for this inconvenient experience, thanks.
