Initially I did not have high expectations when booking a room at this hotel since the price quite reasonable. However, my impression immediately changed after feeling the soft mattress and pillows, complete amenities and other supporting facilities at this hotel. Before breakfast I tried to swim in the swimming pool which is on the same floor with the restaurant. The choice of food at restaurant is also quite varied, ranging from chicken porridge, side dishes with vegetables, fruit, pudding and mini cakes. Overalll I feel satisfied staying for one night at Ibis Styles Jemursari

Having spent 1 night in IBSSJ for the first time, the staffs are friendly and the well located hotel. Thank you for arranging a welcome amenities in my room, that was so sweet!

I drove from Bali to Jogja stayed here only to sleep for a night, i checked in late at 11pm on Saturday, July 30 2022. The room was out of my expectation, decent, clean, and spacious. But, my problems started when i can't find menu for room service, i called the reception and they said will send the menu book to our room, but i need to wait for at least 30 mins. And then we choose food we want to eat that night, then we called the room service to make order at 11.50pm, and we wait until 1.10am and decided to call again asked about our food, and surprisingly they don't even start to cook our food and asked us to wait for 20mins more and amazingly we don't hear any sorry by them! We waste 1.5 hours for nothing when we were so hungry and tired, and we should wake up early to continue driving to Jogja but because of this, we slept late! For accor hotel standart, this is so shame! And another bad experience here was, when i took a shower then realized there was no shower gel in the shower gel dispenser, for this, please tell to the housekeeping about taking care of needs in room before the guest coming! No need to wait until the guest complaining about this! Please, to the management to pay attention for this inconvenient experience, thanks.

If not of one way, it will be a perfect location.
The room is clean and comfortable and best if there is enough space for sholat.
Service is quick and it would be great if could kept the promise.

I got the junior suite here. Lovely room. Not cheap but acceptable. The breakfast left a little bit to be desired. Coffee from a press button machine smacks of cheap option and i do love my morning coffee. But i would stay again but not my favourite hotel.

The staff was helpful and the room was comfortable. The breakfast provided many options. I will want to stay here again.

Great hotel but we had to wait for long to check in. The food was good
