The place is great, the lobby is clean. The staffs are kind.
The hotel room is also great, and neat. Worth the money i spent.
The downside is the parking lot, low capacity parking space. And the access is too narrow.
But still, it's a good hotel. Loved it.

Comfortable bed, clean, friendly staff start from valet parking, security, front desk till restaurant.
Improvement shall be done for towel quality, it's too small and little bit old.
Fair for the price.
Comfortable lobby.
Small swimming pools but enough for children.

The room was very spacious and clean. The AC worked well and the shower worked well also. The wastafel provided hot and cold water, so i could wash my face without feeling freezing. All the interior were well maintained and extra clean. The lift could bring us to the indoor parking lot. The checked in and out were quick. But the staff was only so so.

The breakfast offered so many varieties but lack of western menus such as sausage and roasted chicken. The salad dressing all contained mayonaise (didnt have olive oil or balsamic or youghurt). The breakfast staff were just so so, sometimes not smiling and they greeted people just to asked from what room and charging fee for extra person or kiddos

Too bad for Santika whos wellknown as Hotel with The Best Service in Indonesia.

I've visited Santika Jogja earlier but Jogja had more menus and excellent service than Gubeng.

I have such a great experience here. Room is big enough, clean and proper, Staff are friendly and helpfull, foods are good, even you can ask for best rate when you want to extend. The only cons are small pool (which is still ok for me to exercise) and plastic cup (you guys should consider other than plastic cups and plastic wrapping for every spoons and fork).

Lokasi di pusat kota, hotel bersih, breakfast variatif dan servicenya ramah. Yet I dont know they twice put me in 11th floor where the sound of staff moving the chairs or table " somewhere" were so disturbing, in the evening and early morning.

There WiFi is a bit spotty and not asking for a password. So that feels of security wise somone could spoof there network easely and do a man in the middle attack on your Internet traffic. Sugest using a VPN when using it. It's also a bit spotty.

Good hotel with great service. Smiling faces everywhere 'n always ready to give extra mile service during your stay.
Food at B'fast time was delicious.
Anggi (FDA) she was outstanding.
Keep on good service 'n surely will be back again someday.
