This hotel is kinda comfy hotel. Its located near to hospital, culinary as well as Unair campus. Its strategic hotel in surabaya that is worth to stay in. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel and I'll stay in this hotel again if i have to go to surabaya.

Strategic location. Placed just after Indomaret which is very convenience. Rate is around 2.5mio per week, and 3.5mio per month. Room is able to be occupied up to 4 person which is perfect for family visit

Good place to crash for a while during short trips: only for showering and sleeping. The price was cheap (IDR 150k for 1 bedroom 2 guests). Check in process was great and quick, with a deposit of IDR 100k. Room keys are using NFC cards. There are 3 floors, stairs only, the corridors were dark and looked old. The room was spacious enough, okay clean beds and decoration. The furniture was kinda old and weak. Big mirror. TV available, clear display. AC didn't work well but on. Bathroom was a bit terrible, the shower didn't function properly, slow water flow, and dirty.

1.tempatnya nyaman, cukup luas, tenang dengan harga yang affordable. Cocok juga buat yg mau menginap lumayan dekat dengan pusat kota.

Been here for several times, and I can say, their room quality u0026 the services is too vary. Not precisely bad, but it's not that good either. I mean, on my first u0026 second experience here, I got quite decent room, clean u0026 good facilities. But later i got very bad experiences, from dirty floor and lack of hospitality , to poor qualities and services. I think they need to improve the room, floor and linen cleaness. Thank you.

Clean room with an affordable price, and have implemented the covid protocol. suitable for short trips or backpackers. located not far from the Gubeng train station and close to hospital facilities and surrounded by cheap eateries

One of the few affordable hotels with English Speaking receptionists and manager. Very accommodating and efficient hotel staff. Spacious rooms, clean sheets and towels. Clean bathroom with fully functional water heater. Situated right across RSUD Dr. Soetomo and nearby City Malls. They also have a cafe adjacent to the Hotel.
