Not wheelchair accessible. Hard to find. Smells like the sewers. Dirty and looks shady. Hot. No car parking. Couldn't stay the night. Maybe good for single people/couples but not families.

I spent one night here after winning a perk for being a local guide. I thought the location is just some meters away from Universitas Katolik Widya Mandala, but it is around 3 miles away from the campus.

Every hotel has both positives and minuses. I guess the positives one are on its receptionist, quiet surrounding, nearby fast-shopping store, and affordable price. The receptionist is very receptive, he helps you with everything you need. As the place is quite far from the heavy road, this hotel is very quiet. Should you need some soap or toothpaste, you can just walk and find an Indomaret there. Last, the price is quite affordable, with only IDR. 200K to 300K you can have a clean room with breakfast for two people.

Apart from the fact that its service is good enough, you had better come one or two minutes before your check-in schedule as it does not provide any cozy waiting corner. Moreover, do not bring your car as the entrance is very narrow. In relevant to that, the parking lot is not capacious as well.

Shower room door was broken, the shower strenght was not strong enough
Good wifi
Cheap food
Cool AC
Weird room decor
Cheap but hard to find and far from city center

Clean room, nice service, have telephone in the room, budget rates, wifi ok, has cabel tv, wide room space, will come again next time...
